HOW TO CREATE AN OWNER ACCOUNT
Creating an owner account is very simple:
- Click on the top menu, on the ACCESS button.
- Click on: Create an ACCOUNT AS OWNER
- Fill in the form with your data
- Click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button
Remember the email and password you used to create your account, as you will need them to log in to the site in the future.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR PROPERTY
Uploading your space or property is very easy. Follow these steps or take a look at the video we have prepared for you.
- Create an account as owner or if you already have an account, log in to your user area by clicking on ACCESS
- If you are already registered, click on MY DETAILS, the top menu.
- Once inside your account, you will see a side navigation menu with these options:
- MY DATA
- UPLOAD YOUR SPACE
- MY PROPERTIES
- Click on UPLOAD YOUR SPACE and fill in the form with the data of your property.
- Put a cover photo
- and upload up to 20 photos of your space.
- Complete the form
- Press SEND SPACE
Once you have done this you will see that the system takes you to the MY PROPERTIES page, where you will see the property you have just uploaded.
The property remains PENDING APPROVAL, until our team of editors reviews the photos and texts.
We usually retouch the photos and also the texts to make your space as attractive as possible for our clients. UNTIL THE PROPERTY IS REVIEWED AND PUBLISHED BY US IT IS NOT VISIBLE ON THE WEB.
Due to high demand from owners, we have delays in publishing new properties. Please be patient.
HOW TO RECOVER YOUR PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your password, no problem, you can change it by following these steps or by watching the video we have prepared for you.
- Click on the top menu ACCESS
- Click on RECOVER PASSWORD, under the ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT block.
- You will arrive at the recovery screen FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
- Enter the email with which you registered on the website
- Click on RECOVER PASSWORD
- You will receive an email, sent from the sender WORDPRESS and with the subject line: PASSWORD RECOVERY
- If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or search by subject.
- Click on the LINK below to create a new password.
- You will reach the final page, where you must create a new password.
- You will have to enter it twice. Remember that it must be at least 8 characters long
- Click on the PASSWORD RECOVERY button.
- If everything went well, you will get a message saying PASSWORD CHANGED!
- Click Go to your account to return to the USER ACCESS page.
- Use your email again with the password you just created.
- You’re in!
