Modern design house with a unique facade: vertical wooden slats that provide rhythm and privacy, large windows and a concrete overhang that covers the porch. The garden with swimming pool is visually integrated with the interior. On the first floor, the kitchen, living room and dining room form a single space open to the exterior through six-meter windows. The upper floor includes a suite with terrace, dressing room and bathroom, two children’s rooms with bathroom illuminated by skylight and a work area with integrated sofa. A modern, bright, functional and elegant location, ideal for filming or shootings with architectural aesthetics.
