On a 40,000 m² property located on top of a hill, this country house from the 60-70’s offers a unique setting overlooking the village and its chapel. The grandparents’ house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a spacious living room with fireplace and large windows that fill the interior with light. Outside, a porch overlooking the valley and an abandoned swimming pool complete this special space. The presence of an old quarry within the property provides a natural and unique setting for audiovisual projects and filming that seek authenticity and character.
