Cologne house that preserves an authentic aesthetic of the 60s and 70s, with wooden floors, living rooms connected on the main floor and a functional distribution, designed for family life. The deteriorated interior condition reinforces a decadent and royal air, very attractive on a cinematographic level. Ample spaces, absence of furniture and an open upper terrace complete a versatile location, ideal for filming in search of domestic, colonial atmospheres or stories of recent times with a lived-in character and without artifice.
