Complex located in a textile colony of the 19th century. The building was an old textile factory that preserves its original structure. It has a façade with three large floors (the third under cover) central staircase with large windows. The building has different accesses and allows vehicle access to the interior. It is a unique location that retains its mysterious air that brings the passage of time. The green surroundings and the mountain of Montserrat are a unique and exceptional backdrop for this space. Attached to the space, but with independent access, we have a hydroelectric plant with two large turbines in operation that can also be used as a location for audiovisual productions.
