Unique and highly cinematographic apartment in the heart of Madrid, ideal for filming, editorial photography, events and audiovisual productions. The Mid-century-modern style location is organized around a central “cube” type core, which structures the spaces and provides a very powerful architectural identity. This cube acts as an interior sculptural piece, while on both sides the spaces open up in white, generating contrast and amplitude: on one side is the living-dining room, and on the other the entrance area together with the multipurpose room. Both areas are visually and functionally connected, creating a second fluid and continuous living area. The corridor, clad in deep blue, becomes a key scenic element: it is topped at the entrance and exit by a blue wooden marquetry, which frames the path and generates a very characteristic visual effect, making the corridor feel like a real architectural tube, very graphic and enveloping.
