Modern style townhouse distributed on several floors, designed to maximize natural light. The house stands out for its wide openings to the inner courtyard. The first floor houses a large living-dining room, kitchen and access area, all visually connected to the courtyard by large windows. Vertical communication is organized through an architectural staircase of several sections that structures the house. The bedrooms, galleries and terraces are distributed on the upper floors. The house combines a contemporary aesthetic with bright and very versatile spaces for filming, photography or audiovisual productions of current and architectural character.
