Minimalist style housing on one floor with an independent studio, ideal for productions that seek clean lines, natural light and textures. The volume of the studio, located at the entrance, acts as a visual filter and allows to keep separate the professional activity from the domestic one. The interior is organized around a landscaped courtyard with vegetation, which provides light. The living area, delimited by wide white walls, contrasts with the living space, open to the garden and pool, covered by a yellow slab supported by metal pillars. In this area, the hemp rope lattices and the use of large windows that connect interior and exterior stand out. Simple aesthetics, with warm winks, very useful for projects that need versatility, visual intimacy and clean architecture.
