Villa of current Mediterranean aesthetics, completely flat and clean lines that stands out for its cubic volumetry in terracotta tone, non-visible vegetation cover and a careful combination of natural stone, wood and large glass surfaces. All rooms have direct access to the garden, which stands out for its perimeter pool that partially surrounds the house and is visually integrated with the interior by sharing enclosure with the hallway and living room. The natural grass garden and the wide open views to the sea provide visual depth and clean horizon, ideal for productions that require a modern and Mediterranean atmosphere.
