Modernist style house initially built in 1816. All restorations of the house have respected its style. Tiled walls, high ceilings, arches in corridors, cupboards, walls and communication between rooms. The location has a beautiful courtyard of 30 m2 with plants, a ground floor of 100 m2 with kitchen, office annex and a dining room with functional fireplace. Its living room and wide hallway are outstanding. The decorative elements: plaster moldings, semicircular and carpanel arches and modernist ceramic wainscoting add personality and beauty. An ideal setting for filming series and movies that require a traditional environment of that era.
