Unique house around an elegant interior courtyard of Toledo style, with original columns and perimeter porch. The flooring preserves pieces of yew from 1890, giving character and authenticity to each floor plan. Around the courtyard there are spacious rooms that allow great versatility of use for filming or photo shoots. From the courtyard there is direct access to a functional kitchen and a bathroom, which facilitates production logistics. As a highlight, the property has a spectacular cave-cellar with 36 traditional jars, ideal for scenes with a subway or period atmosphere. A space with soul, history and great scenic potential.
